if she has a structured jacket/coat or jewelry, with a better hair style, then the look would be complete!
that said, i still love the skirt. i am assuming it came like that? or did you ask her if it was a DIY project?
I really like this, its interesting she paired it with a deconstructed sweater as well, looks so finished for being unfinished.
