So my gift to you is anyone can comment on pictures now, and I am 10 days away from my trip to Rio De Janeiro/fashion week. Lastly we are only a month away from fashion month it seems like only yesterday, I was coming home from a month of city jumping through europe! So it's London on Feb. 9th or 10th with Milan then Paris after. Lets pray for warmth and american dollar gaining strength. Ha.

Its winter time and a proper pair of snow boots is what everyone needs. I love these, I am also a big fan of the LL bean style with the plastic bottom and leather uppers.

i love bikes

I love bikes and I love girls who ride bikes even more. I have three bikes here in new york that I ride every day. I had a friend of mine in Milan get me a bike for next season there. So I can scoot around the city quickly, the subway there is crazy.

Haymarket Hotel

While in London this year my friend invited me over to this new hotel he was staying at. It was quite funny and it had a huge pool in the basement. I want to throw a party here next fashion week it would be amazing!

update for lack of bad memory - the bars here are all honor system, you can make your drink as stiff as you want.

Dan Boyd is from the land of Australia he is a native a true native. He is also a painter, who paints stories about how Australian land was taken from the aboriginals and the other people surrounding those events.
I am all over the check/flannel/"logging" shirt these days for winter, even though some people hate them. Although I did live in the backwoods for 10 years and did lots of woodsy things, so I feel at home in flannel.

I have decided to cull through my massive library and post some of the outfits I love. For some reason or another, I don't find the picture up to par with my standards. Hey sometimes the B-sides are better then you think. Here we go in to my world of nuts.She was ever so elegant and ever so tall, seriously. I love that she wears platforms just for a bit more over the top look.


You know one would be looking at this jumpsuit, but for me its all about the shoes. I love them.

what is in that bag!?

My favorite place to hang out right before the collections is outside of KCD in NYC. All the the models funnel in and out of the place all day, I am thinking of purchasing a lawn chair for next season so I can just lounge about and take pictures. Perhaps a lemonade to cool me down.

Kristin owns a bar called Home Sweet Home in New York. I love the place because its only two blocks away from my house and its always nice to bring some friends for drinks. She was also in DJ duo called SYRUP Girls. If you live in NYC you have probably seen the SYRUP tag around.

Holiday Party ELLE

I few weeks ago ELLE hosted a pre-CFDA party at their studios in Noho. Giles and I wandered about and took photos during the party. The story has finally been put up (it's a collected work of both of us), go take a look and make sure you watch the video its quite funny.

This is my friend Tavlin Charter, she hails from the land of Oz. WHere she is a free lance stylist and she also happened to start a mag called GetThis! Its fucking great. It is printed using organic inks and is meant to be cherished. Its definitely worth checking out to see whats going to be big in a year from now.

I am a big fan of the patent jazz shoe, I would wear patent if I knew I wouldn't scuff it within the first moments of wearing them out. I'll stick with some soft calf skin shoes that with wear look better and better.

I don't even smoke, but I would buy this ash tray for my house if a had a bit more money. This is molded from a real human jaw bone in gold. It has a diamond inset in the middles to put your cigarette out on, a truly insane creation. I remember this jaw bone well, I had smuggled it and the skull it was attached to into Mexico last December for a photo shoot. I was stopped at customs when they thought it was odd I had a suitcase full of purses/ human skull and no carne. I somehow made it through(I claimed it was fake.)

There is only one of these ever made, and it will never be made again.
