Go to Gozo as soon as you can. I give it about one year to become the next secret spot for everyone to jet off to and not tell you. Gozo is an island that is part of another island country called Malta. Your are in the middle of sea between Africa and Sicily. Basically its just untouched by the rest of the world. While there I found Ray-Bans from 20 years ago selling for 29 American dollars that sell here for $700. Lastly everyone speaks english perfectly.
Renting a house or an apartment is best.
